SKAR is a 5 piece female-fronted Classic Hard Rock cover band from Madison, SD.   We perform primarily in the Midwest (South Dakota, Iowa, North Dakota and Nebraska).

Our style is to take Classic Hard Rock tunes and give them an edge, a term we call "SKARIFIED".

SKAR's set list is ever-changing, but includes favorites from Dokken, AC/DC, OZZY, Journey, Bob Seger, Quiet Riot, Judas Priest, KISS, Pat Benetar, Joan Jett, Motley Crue and more.

SKAR has opened for several up-and-coming national touring artists, including Vajra, Edisun, Silvertung, Scarlet Canary, The Rumours, and City of the Weak.  

 

We are available as headliners with a full 4 HOURS of material, or as an opening act for touring artists.  We've played all types of venues, big to small or private parties, and we love them all.
